Application of Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method in Financial Risk Assessment of Liquor Listed Companies

Taking 14 financial indicators of Shanxi Fenjiu from 2012 to 2022 as samples, this paper uses entropy weight TOPSIS method establish a risk evaluation system profitability, operating ability, debt paying ability and development makes comprehensive on the status in recent 11 years. The results show that profitability are first-level have greatest impact risk. From perspective sub-divided second-level indicators, cost rate inventory turnover asset-liability ratio repayment proportion total assets growth highest ranking results. overall trend past years has shown "M" type fluctuations, level is relatively low. In order effectively prevent risks, should control sales expenses, balance volume price products, improve efficiency, maintain brand image, within reasonable range, strive resolve risks root, so enhance value. research certain reference significance for liquor listed companies formulate management plan.
